Zhao Guo Rong (趙國蓉; also romanized as Chao Kuo-jung), known as Youko (ヨウコ) in Japan, is a former member of the Hello! Project Taiwan group Ice Creamusume.

History

Zhao was one of the finalists of the Taiwanese Hello! Project audition chosen to become Ice Creamusume. Tsunku commented that despite the fact that Matsuura Aya songs are harder to sing than it would seem, she got the melody and Japanese correct. He was also impressed at the fact that she had lost a lot of weight during the auditions. Zhao got her nickname "Deng Pao" (light bulb) from her tendency to zone out during the auditions, tendency she kept up during Ice Creamusume's television appearances.

On her blog, she, Ceng De Ping and Qiu Cui Ling pretended to be a family in which Ceng was the husband, Zhao was the wife and Qiu was their daughter. Their family had a second daughter, Lan Ai Zi, but since Lan was not a member of Ice Creamusume, she didn't appear very often in their blogs.

She gained her nickname "Lightbulb" because of the way she answered questions and acted on New Star, turning "on" and "off" like a lightbulb.
Zhao is part of a "family" (started on the girl's blogs) consisting of her (Mother, Minnie), Ceng De Ping (Father, Shin-chan), Qiu Cui Ling (Daughter, Positive), and sometimes Lan Ai Zi (another Daughter).
