Yume Naraba (夢ならば; As Long As It's a Dream) is Abe Natsumi's fourth single released on April 20, 2005. The limited edition version of the single came with Hello! Project Photo Cards 0128–0133, and the Single V released on May 18, 2005 came with photo card 0144. The single peaked at #6 on the Oricon charts and sold 36,248 copies, and the single V peaked at #3 and sold 11,189 copies.

"Yume Naraba" appears on her second album 2nd ~Shimiwataru Omoi~ and her best-of album Abe Natsumi ~Best Selection~ 15 Shoku no Nigaoe Tachi.

"Nariyamanai Tambourine" was originally scheduled to be released as her fourth single on January 26th, 2005, but the single was canceled due to her plagiarism scandal and subsequent hiatus.
