Yamada Ichigo (山田苺) is a social media influencer and former member of Hello Pro Kenshuusei under Hello! Project. Prior to joining Hello! Project, she was a member of the local Shizuoka idol group Onigokko under the stage name Kosakura Ichigo (小桜苺).

Early Life[]
Yamada Ichigo was born on July 15, 2005 in Shizuoka, Japan.
2012-2013[]
Yamada was a junior model for the magazine JS Girl.
2016[]
In late 2016, Yamada participated in the Morning Musume '16 Shinseiki Audition Saiboshuu, but failed.[1]
2017[]
On March 6, it was announced that Yamada had joined Hello Pro Kenshuusei alongside Shimakura Rika, Hibi Marina, Eguchi Saya, Doi Rena, Okamura Minami, Matsunaga Riai, and Nakayama Natsume.[2] She was introduced at the Hello! Project Kenshuusei Happyoukai 2017 3gatsu ~Marching!~ on March 11.
On March 25 and 26, she participated in the annual SATOYAMA & SATOUMI event.
Yamada appeared in Juice=Juice's "Jidanda Dance" music video as a back dancer.
From October 26 to November 12, Yamada performed in the Engeki Joshibu musical Bokutachi Karen na Shounen Gasshoudan.
2018[]
On October 2, she participated in a fanclub event titled Hello Pro Kenshuusei Special Event in Nagoya ~Hajimemashite! 5~ at Midland Square Cinema 2 alongside Ono Kotomi, Shutto Anna and Kanemitsu Ruru.
2021[]
On April 23, it was announced that Yamada Ichigo had ended her training at her own request. She will subsequently not appear at the Hello! Project Kenshuusei Happyoukai 2021 ~Haru no Koukai Jitsuryoku Shindan Test~ which is set to take place in May 3.[3] Subsequently, she opened a YouTube account on May 1.
On April 28, she opened up a Twitter account.
On December 19, she performed at a live event with Kanatsu Mizuki.[4] She released a YouTube video of her experience,[5] and later thanked everyone who has continued to support her in the time since she stopped being an idol. She hopes that she'll have the opportunity to perform more in the future.[6]
2024[]
On September 7, it was announced that she joined Idol x Drinks Concept Cafe "Luna Amour".[7]
Personal Life[]
Her family has a cat named Azuki. She also has a hedgehog named Potter. Her dad named it after Harry Potter.[8]
As of April 2021, Yamada was in her first year of high school. As of March 2024, she graduated from high school.
Yamada's given name, Ichigo, means "strawberry" (苺).
