On July 7, Yagi was announced as one of the winners of the Hello! Project "Juice=Juice" "Tsubaki Factory" Goudou Shin Member Audition audition and would join Tsubaki Factory alongside Kasai Yuumi, Fukuda Marine, and Yofu Runo.[1]
