Early Life[]
Tsutsui Roko was born on August 10, 2007 in Saga, Japan.
2018[]
Tsutsui participated in Hello! Project "ONLY YOU" Audition, but failed.
2021[]
On December 12, Tsutsui joined the lineup of OCHA NORMA after she won the Hello! Project Shin Member Audition 2021 along with Tashiro Sumire.
2022[]
On November 13, it was announced that Tsutsui tested positive for COVID-19. She developed symptoms of sore throat and fever, and a positive reaction for COVID-19 was confirmed in an antigen test. An event that was scheduled to happen in Niigata on the same day was cancelled and all members of OCHA NORMA would be resting at home for the time being.[1] On November 16, an update announced that Tsutsui, Tashiro Sumire, Saito Madoka, Yonemura Kirara, and Nakayama Natsume had tested positive for COVID-19 after all members underwent PCR tests. As a result, the November 19 and 20 shows of the OCHA NORMA First Live Tour 2022 ~Start Dash!~ were cancelled.[2] On November 24, a new update revealed that the five OCHA NORMA members had tested negative for the virus after doing new antigen tests and all members would be resuming their activities except for Tashiro, who would continue her treatment at home.[3]
2023[]
On August 10, she celebrated her 16th birthday at a fanclub event titled OCHA NORMA Tsutsui Roko Birthday Event 2023, featuring two shows at HIKOSEN Theater in Tokyo.
On December 7, she took part in Hello! Project 25 Shunnen Kinen Special FC Event Vol.3 alongside Oda Sakura, Haga Akane, Yokoyama Reina, Ise Layla, Kawana Rin, Niinuma Kisora, Yamazaki Yuhane and Saito Madoka at Yamano Hall. This event covered the 2011-2016 era of Hello! Project's history.
2024[]
On August 15, she celebrated her 17th birthday at a fanclub event titled OCHA NORMA Tsutsui Roko Birthday Event 2024, featuring two shows at Yamano Hall in Tokyo.

She has an older sister and a younger sister.
When Tsutsui joined OCHA NORMA, she was in her second year of middle school. As of March 2023, she graduated from middle school. As of April 2024, she was in her second year of high school.
Tsutsui gets along best with Tashiro Sumire in OCHA NORMA.
