Tan Tan Taan! attained a peak rank of #8 on the Oricon charts and sold a total of 26,681 copies, with 16,667 of these copies sold in its first week of sales. Tan Tan Taan!'s single V attained a peak rank of #7 on the Oricon charts and sold a total of 4,098 copies.
"Tan Tan Taan!" was used as the seventh opening theme of Kirarin☆Revolution, and "Gamusharara" was used as the eleventh ending theme.
