  • The mini album was first announced at the Tamura Meimi One-Man Live 2019 "Meimei Hakusho" on January 19, 2019.[6][7]
  • 芽, the first character in the name Meimi (芽実) means "sprout".
  • "Taion" and "Kagami yo Kagami" are both rejected songs for Honda Minako. written by Aku Yu with his eldest son Fukada Taro.[8]
    • "Taion" was a submission for Honda's 1994 album JUNCTION. Matsui Goro, who has written several hit songs for Kudo Shizuka, wrote new lyrics for "Taion" just for Tamura.[9]
    • After JUNCTION was released, Aku and Fukada wrote "Kagami yo Kagami" as another submission. The original draft of "Kagami yo Kagami" was rediscovered in an office after a long time and Fukuda still had the demo tape, resulting in a "miraculous recording".[10]
