Seinaru Kane ga Hibiku Yoru (聖なる鐘がひびく夜; The Night the Sound of the Holy Bell Echoes) Tanpopo's fourth single. It was released on October 20, 1999, as a 8 cm CD, and peaked at #2 on the weekly Oricon charts, charting for twelve weeks and selling 209,200 copies overall.

This is the only Tanpopo single that doesn't have a B-side track and an instrumental, which are standards for Hello! Project singles. Instead, it includes three solo versions of main song, sung by the first generation line-up of the group.

"Seinaru Kane ga Hibiku Yoru" was used as the ending theme to Idol wo Sagase!

  • First press: one out of four trading cards.
  • An English cover of Seinaru Kane ga Hibiku Yoru was recorded by Lalah Hathaway as "My Love (Holy Night)" for the album Cover Morning Musume Hello! Project!.
  • Niinuma Kisora was born on the same day the single released.
  • Tanpopo's Seinaru Kane ga Hibiku Yoru, ℃-ute's Kimi wa Jitensha Watashi wa Densha de Kitaku (2012), and Juice=Juice's Ganbarenai yo (2021) are the only Hello! Project songs to have official solo versions sung by each member on a main release.
    • Buono!'s Hatsukoi Cider also has solo versions, however they were only included on the Buono! COMPLETE CD box set in 2017, and was only made available at the time of the initial release through the solo ver music videos included in Hatsukoi Cider's Single V.
  • This is the only Hello! Project a-side not to have an official instrumental/karaoke version.
