Rock 'n' Roll Kenchoushozaichi ~Oboechaina Series~ (ロックンロール県庁所在地 ～おぼえちゃいなシリーズ～; Rock n' Roll Prefecture Capitals ~Memorize 'Em Series~ ) is the eighth single of the Morning Musume subgroup Minimoni and their first single with Takahashi Ai as a member of the group. The title track is a cover of the coupling track of Moritaka Chisato 's 19th single "Watashi no Natsu".
