Petit Best 7 (プッチベスト7) is the 7th best album in the Petit Best series, which are annual compilations released at the end of the year that feature best hits from the artists of Hello! Project during that year, with an occasional remix or new song included. This album sold a total of 13,286 copies.

The Petit Best 7 was released on December 20, 2006 on the zetima label. It featured 2 tracks previously unreleased on a CD. The first track is a mega mix of Morning Musume's first 30 singles. The 17th track is the official support song of the 2006 FIVB Volleyball World Championships.

The Petit Best 7 DVD was released alongside the album. It features PVs related to the album tracks.

  • Ready Go! was the theme of the 2006 FIVB Volleyball World Championships Japan. WaT performed the Mens' theme, while Hello! Project performed the Womens' theme. A collaborative version featuring both WaT and Hello! Project was released among the event's promotional materials.
