Otsubo Mano was born on June 22, 2011 in Kanagawa, Japan.

Prior to joining Hello Pro Kenshuusei, she was a junior model for Nico☆Puchi Girls Runway.

On February 7, it was announced that Otsubo had joined Hello Pro Kenshuusei alongside Shimakawa Hana, Asano Yurika, Miyakoshi Chihiro, Nishimura Itsuki, Soma Yume, Yoshida Hikari, Sugihara Meisa, and Hattori Rua.
