Okai Chisato FC Live ③ ~Katte ni Hello Pro 20 Shuunen Omedetou! 2003-2018~ (岡井千聖FCライブ③ ～勝手にハロプロ20周年おめでとう！2013-2018～; Okai Chisato FC Live ③ ~Celebrating Hello Pro's 20th Anniversary Without Permission! 2013-2018~) was Okai Chisato's third M-line club live celebrating Hello! Project's 20th anniversary. Two shows were held on February 11, 2019 at Yamano Hall.

This third and final part of the "Katte ni Hello Pro 20 Shuunen Omedetou!" series featured fan-requested Hello! Project songs from between 2013 and 2018.

The deadline to pre-order the M-line club and Hello! Project fanclub-exclusive DVD was on April 26, 2019 and it was released to fanclub members on June 26, 2019.
