Okai Chisato FC Live ① ~Katte ni Hello Pro 20 Shuunen Omedetou! 1998~2006~ -A, Watashi mo Omedetou!- (岡井千聖FCライブ①～勝手にハロプロ20周年おめでとう！1998～2006～ -あ、私もおめでとう！-; Okai Chisato FC Live ① ~Celebrating Hello Pro's 20th Anniversary Without Permission! 1998~2006~ -Ah, Congratulations to Me, Too!-) was Okai Chisato's first M-line club live, which was held to celebrate Hello! Project's 20th anniversary and her 24th birthday. Two shows were held on June 21, 2018 at Yamano Hall.

This first part of the "Katte ni Hello Pro 20 Shuunen Omedetou!" series featured fan-requested Hello! Project songs from between 1998 and 2006.

The deadline to pre-order the M-line club and Hello! Project fanclub-exclusive DVD was on July 27, 2018 and it was released to fanclub members on September 26, 2018.^[1]^[2]
