Nemoto Karin was born in Kanagawa, Japan.

On February 5, it was announced through Hello! Project Station that Nemoto had joined Hello Pro Kenshuusei alongside Nagano Momoha, Sakamoto Aoi, Suzuki Moa, Ishikawa Hanano, Miyazaki Riho, Ohno Airi, Higuchi Aika, and Someya Sara.
On May 11, she won the Ishida Ayumi award at the Hello! Project Kenshuusei Happyoukai 2025 ~Haru no Koukai Jitsuryoku Shindan Test~ for her performance of "Silver no Udedokei".
