Morning Musume 3rd tsuika Audition (モーニング娘。第3回追加オーディション) was an audition held in 2000, in the search of the 4th generation members of Morning Musume.
The winners of the auditions are Ishikawa Rika, Yoshizawa Hitomi, Tsuji Nozomi and Kago Ai.

Audition Process
First Round
The girls submit an application before the due date in order to participate.
Training Camp
- 10 girls were originally selected to move on to the next round:
- Ishikawa Rika (石川梨華), 15
- Yoshizawa Hitomi (吉澤ひとみ), 14
- Tsuji Nozomi (辻希美), 12
- Kago Ai (加護亜依), 12
Results
Audition Winners: Yoshizawa Hitomi, Ishikawa Rika, Tsuji Nozomi, & Kago Ai
In 2000, during the television program ASAYAN, it was revealed that Ishikawa Rika, Yoshizawa Hitomi, Tsuji Nozomi and Kago Ai were the winners of 3rd tsuika Audition, becoming 4th generation members.
Trivia
- Fujimoto Miki and Satoda Mai participated in this audition. Both would later join Hello! Project, with Fujimoto eventually joining Morning Musume as part of the 6th generation.
