Morning Musume '23 Haga Akane・Kitagawa Rio Birthday Event (モーニング娘。'23 羽賀朱音・北川莉央バースデーイベント) is a fanclub-exclusive DVD featuring the birthday events of Morning Musume '23 members Haga Akane and Kitagawa Rio, which both took place in March and April 2023.
The deadline to pre-order the fanclub-exclusive DVD was on June 28, 2023,[1] and it will be released to fanclub members in August 2023.

Morning Musume '23 Haga Akane Birthday Event (モーニング娘。'23 羽賀朱音バースデーイベント) is Haga Akane's 21st birthday event. Two shows took place on March 6, 2023 at LANDMARK HALL.
In compliance with government policy due to the coronavirus pandemic, cheering, crowding, standing, and closeness in the venue are prohibited, and wearing masks will be required to enter.[2]
