Morning Musume '21 Fukumura Mizuki・Okamura Homare Birthday Event (モーニング娘。'21 譜久村聖・岡村ほまれバースデーイベント) is a fanclub-exclusive DVD featuring the birthday events of Morning Musume '21 members Fukumura Mizuki and Okamura Homare, which took place in July and November 2021.
The deadline to pre-order the fanclub-exclusive DVD was on December 28, 2021, and it was released to fanclub members on February 26, 2022.[1][2]

In compliance with government policy due to the COVID-19 pandemic, cheering, crowding, standing, and closeness in the venue were prohibited, and wearing masks was required to enter.[3]
