Michishige Sayumi・Tanaka Reina 6ki 15 Shuunen Omedetou Event (道重さゆみ・田中れいな 6期 15周年おめでとうイベント; Michishige Sayumi, Tanaka Reina 6th Generation's 15th Anniversary Congratulations Event) was a joint fanclub event by Michishige Sayumi and Tanaka Reina, which was held to celebrate the 15th anniversary of when they joined Morning Musume as 6th generation members and debuted in the single "Shabondama". Two shows took place on July 30, 2018 at Yamano Hall.
The deadline to pre-order the M-line club and Hello! Project fanclub-exclusive DVD was on September 28, 2018 and it was released to fanclub members on November 27, 2018.[1][2]
The DVD is separated into two volumes: the first features the fanclub event, and the second features Michishige and Tanaka visiting different fortune-telling locations to determine their future.

- Although the setlist only had two songs, they were originally scheduled to perform one with the second song being added last minute. The MC corner which already took up most of the event had to be shortened as a result.[3]
