Just browsing your Wish List page, and a Buono! note. Albums only can collect everything through 2010. The main albums miss out on most B-sides, but those missing 8 are picked up in The Best Buono!. After that things are a little messier. Source: Here with the Appearances column expanded.
Ah, drat, I can't believe I missed that! Thank you so much; in working on my wishlist, I'm switching back and forth between here and ProjectHello and because there aren't album only songs from that one, it's just not listed on the lyrics site - I missed rechecking their page here I guess.
This seemed a familiar problem to me. When I first started gathering the info that became my Dohbell database, the purpose was to better figure out where the heck to actually find all the S/mileage songs.
I don't know how things look for you, but for me after giving it the URL the next thing it shows is this window, where the various fields can be altered before proceeding.
A video file that already exists should be able to be renamed the same way a page can, when looking directly at its File:whatever location. Though some of the things seen in this image are due to admin capabilities or optional things I've got going on.
Ahh, okay. The drop down on the File: page only shows "History" and "Replace" for me. I'm fairly certain that after giving the URL it's just sending me directly to the New Videos page after upload. I don't have the time to check right now (and no idea of a video to upload to test it, as I don't want to make copies). Thanks so much for the info, though! The whole reasons for this all was because I was tired of leaving the titles a huge mess compared to the other videos on the wiki/even on the same page.
"Trying something new with the side-images; earliest release in a year in general, changes in looks when they happen."
This might be preemptive since you've done this all of one time so far, but I wouldn't suggest following exactly this pattern too much. Always having the earliest from each year would necessarily mean people from the same group would largely have images from the same releases showing, which I think would make things less interesting.
Too true; I was waiting for any feedback before continuing anyway. There's so few restrictions or guidelines for them that I was just testing it out, really. All I knew was that a list of pictures extending all the way down to trivia felt like too much.
I was thinking about how the Concert Infobox would need something for both the main concert series and special event--then wondered what other possibilities I wasn't accounting for. Then I thought, maybe make it more generic so it can differ from case to case? Usually you want an infobox to be pretty standard, but since this is specifically covering exceptions, maybe it'd work. Something like
|extended1 = Special Performance
|extended2 = [[ANGERME STARTING LIVE TOUR SPECIAL @ Nippon Budokan "Taiki Bansei"]]
or going the other way
|extended1 = During Tour
|extended2 = ANGERME Starting Live Tour 2015 Spring
I'm not positive where in the infobox it would go, though. In the Chronology? Right above it?
"Honestly, I'm wondering why the same wasn't done with Hyakka Ryouran, though I guess it's because it was a graduation special."
At this point, maybe it could be. When setting up the pages months ago, it was less clear how distinct they'd be--going from a short concert hall tour to an event with just ~Fukuda Kanon Sotsugyou Special~ appended to the name at an even larger hall. Whereas having a Budokan show in the middle of a live house tour, they were definitely going to be very different.
If we do the |extended1 and |extended2 way, the specific wording isn't such a big deal--or at least, it doesn't need to factor into the template design itself.
Putting it between Previous and Next probably works. The reason I was wondering if it should be outside is because if these special events aren't going to list Previous and Next, do they really need a Chronology section? But I guess it makes enough sense and draws attention to a pretty important bit of info.
I'll try making the addition and see how it looks...
EDIT: Now that I'm in the code again I DO see a mention of |Same in there. Looks like the Chronology section was copied from CD Infobox, but the actual part that displays it was left out.
Only applied the changes to a test copy of the template so far, but looks pretty good to me. Instead of extended1 and extended2 I went with |extendedlabel and |extendeddata both since it would be more clear, and would leave room for numbers in case some crazy time in the future we want to add it in to the extra possible chronology sections.
Berryz Koubou 10 Shuunen Kinen Special Concert 2014 Thank You BeriKyuu! in Nippon Budokan
Hey, I saw where you added this section to the Edo Kara Chakushin page. It seems you modeled it after similar tables in concert pages. Not a bad start, but for these theatrical productions are the Venue and Prefecture columns really necessary? They usually don't seem to travel around, so for most of them it would probably make more sense to just give that information somewhere once and leave a leaner table. In this case the opening section already mentions BIG TREE THEATER--specifying Theater Green and any city/prefecture information could go up there too.
Just wanted to bring this up before you add such tables to a dozen other pages. :)
There are some with more than one venue but generally, you're right. It's easy enough to note them elsewhere. I did model it off another page and I was honestly waiting to see if anyone had input so thanks! :)
If there is one where they moved and you want it on the table, it's possible to have a cell take up multiple rows so at least it just doesn't get repeated line after line. Example here. Put something like rowspan="4" | before the regular content, then leave out that part for the next three rows. Or there's probably some way to do it with the Visual Editor, but I don't mess with that much.
EDIT: Ahh, I see you were already using that a bit for multiple performances on the same day.
Hey Friggy, would you mind stopping adding things to this category? I don't think it really adds anything. It would just end up a category with a vast majority of Morning Musume's photobooks in a big lump, when it's already easy enough to find the photobook categories for individual former members. I see it wasn't you that started the category, but I guess it flew under the radar.
Actually, I think I see what it was made for now. The individual former member photobook categories were put into that category, as opposed to the regular "Morning Musume Photobooks" category. But that's as far as it needs to go--the entirety of those categories' contents don't also need to be added.
I'm sorry. I saw it was on three different photobooks and not on any others and felt the need to fix it for consistency. Usually I'd ask for confirmation but I didn't want to bother anyone and it seemed straightforward to me. In the meantime I've found different issues on some of the pages so it wasn't a complete waste of time. (It looks like some people put WaniBooks photobooks as the publisher on one spot of a page and then Up-Front Books in the template as if it was copied and pasted).
I hope it's not too difficult to fix. If there's not a way to undo just the category additions in one sweep, I can go back and remove them all? There were some edits I made in the articles themselves that were necessary, though.
