MORNING MUSUME '18 Fall Concert Tour ~GET SET, GO!~ in Mexico City was Morning Musume '18's first concert in Mexico. It was held on November 10, 2018.
The DVD was released on March 26, 2019 for fanclub and UP-FRONT WORKS Web Store pre-orders,[1][2][3] and it was released for general sale on April 3, 2019.[4] Off-shots from Mexico and their following appearance at Anisong World Matsuri at Anime NYC 2018 in America on November 17, 2018 are included as bonus footage.

Trivia[]
- The concert was announced on May 26, 2018 during the Morning Musume Tanjou 20 Shuunen Kinen Concert Tour 2018 Haru ~We are MORNING MUSUME~.[5]
- This was Morito Chisaki's first concert overseas.
- Prior to her graduation on June 20, 2018, a group photo including Ogata Haruna was used in the first promotional image for the concert.
- The day before the concert, Morning Musume '18 visited the Mexican Red Cross on behalf of all of Hello! Project to donate a cheque of 450,000 Mexican pesos, which UP-FRONT PROMOTION began fundraising after Mexico was hit by two earthquakes in September 2017, the first of which occurred on the same day Juice=Juice arrived in Mexico City for their 2017 world tour.[6][7][8]
- Morito Chisaki nearly fainted during the concert, likely due to altitude sickness,[9][10] and sat in a chair for the encore.[11][12] She later wrote a message in Spanish on her blog that she was sorry for worrying everyone and that she was feeling better.[13]
