M-line Special 2021 ~Make a Wish!~ is a joint concert tour featuring members of the M-line club, namely Michishige Sayumi, Tanaka Reina, PINK CRES., Suzuki Airi, Kudo Haruka, Miyamoto Karin, and Bitter & Sweet. It ran from January 31 to June 27, 2021.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it was decided that various artists under J.P ROOM and UP-FRONT CREATE would hold a joint concert tour instead of the annual individual concert tours. In compliance with government policy, cheering, crowding, and closeness in the venue were prohibited, the venues were filled to 50% capacity, and wearing masks was required to enter. Each day of the tour will feature a different line-up of members performing, and some dates featured guest appearances from members of Hello! Project.
The February 27 show at Zepp Tokyo is set to be released on DVD, with the March 6 and March 20 shows included as bonus footage. The deadline to pre-order the fanclub-exclusive DVD was on May 28, 2020,[1] and it was also available for pre-order through the M-line official fanclub, e-lineUP! Mall, and the UP-FRONT WORKS Web Store. The DVD will be released for general sale at a later date.

- ^ Juice=Juice former member Takagi Sayuki was scheduled to participate as a guest at the concert on March 20 alongside Morning Musume '21 member Oda Sakura, but she was removed following her departure from the group and Hello! Project on February 12. Juice=Juice member Uemura Akari took her place.[3]
- ^ ^ ^ On April 26, it was announced that the April 29, May 4, and May 8 concerts would be postponed following a new emergency declaration by the Japanese government due to an increase of COVID-19 cases in the country.[4]
- ^ On June 1, it was announced that the June 12 concerts in Osaka would be cancelled following another extension of the emergency declaration by the Japanese government.[5] In the same day, it was announced that Ogata Risa would be appearing as a guest and as an opening act in the remaining concerts.[6]
