Hello! Project Shin Member Audition 2024 (ハロー！プロジェクト新メンバーオーディション2024) is the 2024 audition for members to join Hello! Project. It was announced on July 13, 2024 at the Hello! Project 2024 Summer ALL OF US "Vega". Its main target is to find new members for the Hello! Project groups, Hello Pro Kenshuusei, and Hello Pro Kenshuusei Hokkaido.
The audition was held in two different categories: a general Hello! Project audition for all groups except BEYOOOOONDS, and a specific audition dedicated exclusively to BEYOOOOONDS titled BEYOOOOONDS Potential Audition (BEYOOOOONDSポテンシャルオーディション).[1]
Audition Details[]
- Application Requirements:
- Female, living in Japan, enrolled in the fifth grade of elementary school up to 16 years old as of April 2, 2025. (Hello! Project Audition)
- Female, living in Japan, enrolled in the first grade of high school up to 20 years old as of April 2, 2025. (BEYOOOOONDS Potential Audition)
- Must not currently be under contract with any agencies.
- Applicants are not allowed to apply for both categories.

Audition Process[]
First Round[]
The application deadline was on September 2, 2024. Only successful applicants were notified of the results of the first screening by late September.
On September 24, it was announced that the first round has been completed and that only successful applicants would be sent information on the second round screening through an e-mail.[2]
Second Round[]
On October 16, 2024, it was announced that the second round (online screenings) has been completed and that only successful applicants would be sent information on the third round screening through an e-mail.[3]
Third Round[]
On December 3, 2024, it was announced that the third round has been completed and that only successful applicants would be sent information on the fourth round screening through an e-mail.[4]
Results[]
On January 17, 2025, it was announced that after a rigorous screening, none of the candidates were selected for both of the categories. Although, new Hello Pro Kenshuusei trainees will be introduced at a later date.[5]
On February 5, at 7 PM JST time, it was announced through Hello! Project Station that 9 finalists from the audition were chosen to join Hello Pro Kenshuusei. They consist of:

Trivia[]
- This is the first audition since the Hello Pro Kenshuusei Hokkaido Audition 2019 to yield no winners (no information was announced following the second round) and the first audition since the Hello! Project Shin Member Audition in 2017 to officially announce no winners. Like in the latter's case, the finalists were invited to join Hello Pro Kenshuusei.
