Hello! Project Kenshuusei Happyoukai 2023 ~Haru no Koukai Jitsuryoku Shindan Test~ (Hello! Project 研修生発表会2023 ～春の公開実力診断テスト～; Hello! Project Trainee Recital 2023 ~Spring Public Ability Diagnosis Test~) is a Hello Pro Kenshuusei event which was held on April 30, 2023. It is the 11th public on-stage test of the trainees' abilities.
The event was also broadcasted live through HELLO! PROJECT STREAM. Tickets of the regular broadcast were on sale from April 13 to May 7, with an archived version of the broadcast being available from 17:00 (5pm) of May 1 until May 7, 2023. A voting form for the Best Performance Award was also available for the viewers during the live broadcast only. Tickets of the broadcast with a bonus pamphlet were on sale from April 13 to April 16, 2023. Those tickets were on sale with limited quantity and based on a first come first serve basis (one ticket per person). There are no plans for this footage to be released in DVD.[1]
In compliance with government policy due to the COVID-19 pandemic, cheering, crowding, and closeness in the venue are prohibited, and wearing masks are required to enter.

- Like in the 2022 test, an additional solo performance was added in addition to the free chosen songs by the tested members. Six songs were selected by the staff for the members to choose one as their "assigned songs". The decision of the members for both of their solo performances and the test order were announced on the April 11, 2023 episode of Hello Dream.. The selected songs by the staff were:
