Hello! Project Kenshuusei Happyoukai 2021 ~Haru no Koukai Jitsuryoku Shindan Test~ (Hello! Project 研修生発表会2021 ～春の公開実力診断テスト～; Hello! Project Trainee Recital 2021 ~Spring Public Ability Diagnosis Test~) is a Hello Pro Kenshuusei event which was originally set to be held on May 3, 2021. It is the ninth public on-stage test of the trainees' abilities.
On April 26, it was announced that the event would be cancelled following a new emergency declaration by the Japanese government due to an increase of COVID-19 cases in the country.[1] The event was instead broadcasted live without an audience and distributed on HELLO! PROJECT STREAM ONLINE STORE on May 29.[2][3]
The DVD of the event was available to pre-order for Hello! Project fanclub members from June 1 to June 28, 2021, and for UP-FRONT WORKS Web Store pre-orders from June 16 to July 11, 2021, with estimation of delivery scheduled for late August 2021.[4] It will be available for general sale on September 15, 2021.
Former Hello Pro Kenshuusei member Yamada Ichigo was originally set to perform "Dokki Doki! LOVE Mail" as the last performer, but withdrew from the program before the event ever took place.
