The festival will be split into three concerts featuring different main acts:

- These plans were cancelled due to the opening of the Jinguu no Mori Geijutsu Shukusai event being postponed. It was also shared that UP-FRONT was considering making the Hina Fes in another form in the future.[4][5]

- The members who won the chance to sing a solo song from the lottery were Asakura Kiki for the Tsubaki Factory Premium, Makino Maria for the Morning Musume '20 Premium, Hirai Miyo for the BEYOOOOONDS Premium, Kanazawa Tomoko for the Juice=Juice Premium, Hamaura Ayano for the Kobushi Factory Premium, and Hashisako Rin for the ANGERME Premium.
