Hello! Project 2024 Summer ALL OF US is Hello! Project's annual summer concert tour. It was held from July 13 to August 25, 2024.
The concert tour is split into two series:
- Hello! Project 2024 Summer ALL OF US "Vega" (ベガ)
- Hello! Project 2024 Summer ALL OF US "Altair" (アルタイル)
The tour was scheduled to end on September 1, but due to the impact of the Typhoon No. 10 (Typhoon Shanshan), the final three concerts of the tour scheduled to be held in Aichi were cancelled.[1] As a compensation for the cancellation, the last two concerts held at LINE CUBE SHIBUYA on August 24 and 25 would be distributed for free on Hello! Project Station's YouTube channel, being available from August 31 to September 30, 2024.[2]

Absentees[]
- Juice=Juice member Irie Risa was absent from the whole tour due to her being diagnosed with panic disorder.[4]
- Rosy Chronicle member Kamimura Rena was absent from the August 3 concert due to hitting her knee hard when she fell down the stairs on July 31. After consulting her doctor, they decided that it would be difficult for her to perform.[5]
- Morning Musume '24 member Kitagawa Rio was absent from the August 17 to August 25 concerts due to her being diagnosed with bacterial pneumonia.[6][7]

- This is the first Hello! Project tour to feature the group Rosy Chronicle.
- This is the first Hello! Project tour since winter 2012 to not feature Juice=Juice member Uemura Akari, since winter 2013 to not feature ANGERME member Sasaki Rikako, since summer 2013 to not feature Tsubaki Factory member Niinuma Kisora, and since summer 2016 to not feature BEYOOOOONDS and Ame no Mori Kawa Umi member Yamazaki Yuhane.
- The Vega pattern units are organised by the members' home prefectures, with Ishida Ayumi and Kawamura Ayano performing separately due to their previously announced graduations at the end of the year.
- The Altair pattern units are organised by member colors.
- The outfits worn at the end of the concerts are organised by the groups' image colors.
- At the opening concert on July 13, the Hello! Project Shin Member Audition 2024 was announced.
- The names of the series are based on a Chinese tale about two lovers Vega (a heavenly princess) and Altair (a mortal commoner), based on the stars with their respective names.

- ^ BEYOOOOONDS / SeasoningS member Hirai Miyo performed by singing only while being seated as she sprained her left ankle during the BEYOOOOONDS LIVE TOUR 2024 SPRING ~PERSOOOOONALITY "Wings of Dreams"~ concert on June 27 and she needed a few more weeks to properly recover.[8]
