Hello! Project 2023 Spring CITY CIRCUIT is Hello! Project's 2023 spring concert tour. It took place from March 18 to June 26, 2023.
Like in the 2022 "CITY CIRCUIT" tours, each concert feature a different group, with the concerts being part of the groups' spring hall tours. The concerts also have a different subtitle:

In compliance with government policy due to the COVID-19 pandemic, cheering, crowding, and closeness in the venue were prohibited, and wearing masks were required to enter. For the concerts after May 8, the government policy was not applied, and wearing masks were left to the discretion of the person. For the June 10 and June 11 concerts, as well the Nippon Budokan and Yokohama Arena concerts, the audience was able to watch the concert standing up.[2]

Notes
On March 22, additional shows for Morning Musume '23, Juice=Juice, Tsubaki Factory and BEYOOOOONDS were announced to be held on June 10 and 11 at NHK Osaka Hall.[4]
On May 31, it was announced that the June 3 concerts of Morning Musume '23 and ANGERME would be cancelled due to difficulties in arriving to Okinawa due to a Typhoon No. 2.[5] On June 12, it was announced that both concerts would be rescheduled for July 8 at Okinawa but in a different venue due to difficulties to hold at the same venue. It was also announced that, due to various circumstances, the ANGERME concert that was scheduled to happen on the same day was cancelled and replaced by a Morning Musume '23 concert.[6]
Trivia[]
OCHA NORMA served as the opening act of the Nippon Budokan and Yokohama Arena concerts. Hello Pro Kenshuusei did not participate of this tour.
This is the last Hello! Project tour to feature ANGERME member Takeuchi Akari.
This is the first Hello! Project tour since 2014 to not feature Asakura Kiki.
Tsubaki Factory's tour was scheduled to start on April 15, a month after the tours' official start, after Asakura Kiki's graduation from the group and Hello! Project on April 2.
Morning Musume '23's concert on May 14 was the first since the Hello! Project 2020 Winter tour that the audience were allowed to cheer, which was previously prohibited since July 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic guidelines.

^ On May 21, it was announced that ANGERME member Sasaki Rikako would be performing with limited movement and singing only at the concert held in the same day due to her feeling left ankle pain.[7]
^ On April 29, it was announced that ANGERME member Kamikokuryo Moe would be performing with limited movement and singing only at the concert held in the same day due to her feeling back pain since a few days and she still has not seen any improvement.[8] On May 4, she stated in her blog that she was in the process of taking the medication, and although the medication works well she was still feeling pain while she perform choreographies, therefore she would remain performing with limited movement and singing only from the May 4 concert.[9] On May 21, it was announced that Kamikokuryo would remain performing by singing only due to her back pain.[7]
^ On June 2, it was announced that Juice=Juice member Arisawa Ichika performed with limited movement and singing only at the June 11 concert due to her being diagnosed with cervical disc herniation.[10]
^ On June 10, it was announced that Juice=Juice member Irie Risa performed with limited movement and singing only at the June 11 concert as she has been experiencing discomfort in her left leg.[11]
^BEYOOOOONDS / Ame no Mori Kawa Umi member Kiyono Momohime performed with limited movement at the March 19 and March 25 concerts as she underwent through a surgery to remove a paraovarian cyst, and although she is recovering well after surgery, she was diagnosed as needing to avoid strenuous exercise for some time.[12] On March 31, an update announced that Kiyono would be performing with limited movement during the entire tour.[13]
^ ANGERME's June 3 concert in Okinawa was rescheduled for July 8, but due to various circumstances it was officially cancelled and replaced by a Morning Musume '23 concert.
