Hello! Project 2022 Summer CITY CIRCUIT is Hello! Project's 2022 summer concert tour. It took place from July 9 to August 28, 2022.
Unlike the previous summer tours, this tour would be an encore of the 2022 spring tour, with each concert being part of the groups' summer hall tours.[1] The concerts also had a different subtitle:
Morning Musume '22 CONCERT TOUR ~Never Been Better! Encore~ (モーニング娘。'22 CONCERT TOUR ~Never Been Better! Encore~)
ANGERME CONCERT TOUR ~The ANGERME Encore~ (アンジュルム CONCERT TOUR ~The ANGERME Encore~)
Juice=Juice CONCERT TOUR ~terzo bis~
Tsubaki Factory CONCERT TOUR ~ENCORE PARADE~ (つばきファクトリー CONCERT TOUR ~ENCORE PARADE~)
BEYOOOOOND1St CONCERT TOUR ~Mou Iccho Donto Koi! BE HAPPY!~ (BEYOOOOOND1St CONCERT TOUR ~もういっちょどんと来い! BE HAPPY!~)
The August 27 and 28 concerts were available for live viewing in different cinemas across Japan.[2]
In compliance with government policy due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, cheering, crowding, and closeness in the venue were prohibited, about 65% of the seats were available, and wearing masks were required to enter.[3]
The concerts held at Nakano Sun Plaza on August 27 and August 28 will be released as five separate Blu-rays, which will all also include a photobooklet and a second disc. The concerts of Morning Musume '22 and ANGERME were released on December 21, 2022, while the concerts of BEYOOOOONDS, Juice=Juice and Tsubaki Factory will be released on February 1, February 8 and February 22, 2023, respectively.

Juice=Juice member Ishiyama Sakura was absent from the August 13 concert due to being diagnosed with COVID-19.[6]
On July 14, it was announced that the July 16 concert in Hiroshima would be cancelled due to member Matsumoto Wakana being diagnosed with COVID-19 and the remaining ANGERME members being classified as close contacts of her.[11]

This is the first Hello! Project summer concert tour to not feature all the members during the show.
Like the previous Hello! Project tour, despite being credited under Hello! Project's name it will also technically count as an individual tour for each featured group.
This is the first Hello! Project tour since 2014 to not feature Morito Chisaki, and since 2017 to not feature Inaba Manaka. It is also the first Hello! Project tour since 2014 to not feature any Country Girls member.
In the last MC of the first Morning Musume '22 concert on July 10, Sakurai Rio's member color was announced to be Milk Tea (a new Hello! Project member color).[14] It was also announced that Nonaka Miki would be Sakurai's mentor.[15]
In the last concerts of the tour on August 28, the new members Sakurai Rio, Ishiyama Sakura and Endo Akari made their first performance with their respective groups in the last song of their concerts.
