Hello! Project 2021 Haru "Kachou Fuugetsu" (Hello! Project 2021 春 「花鳥風月」) is Hello! Project's first spring concert tour. It took place from March 13, 2021 to May 30, 2021.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it was decided that Hello! Project would hold a spring concert tour instead of the annual spring concert tours held by the individual groups. The members were split into 4 teams including between 2-4 members of each group, and they would be singing old and new songs from the Hello! Project catalog. Each concert features a different team.[1]

In compliance with government policy due to the ongoing pandemic, cheering, crowding, and closeness in the venue are prohibited, the venues were filled to 50% capacity, and wearing masks were required to enter.[2]

The concert tour was not released on DVD or Blu-ray.
