Hello! Project 2020 Autumn ~The Ballad~ Extra Number is Hello! Project's one-day 2020 autumn concert. It took place on October 12, 2020 at Nippon Budokan.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the concert featured the members performing solo covers of famous J-Pop ballads by artists outside of Hello! Project. In compliance with government policy, cheering, crowding, and closeness in the venue were prohibited, the venue was filled to 50% capacity, and wearing masks was required to enter.[1]
The concert was broadcast live through FujiTV TWO Drama・Anime and FujiTV TWO smart.[2] It was also be available for live viewing in 27 different cinemas across Japan, and standard COVID-19 prevention measures applied for all cinemas.[3]

Trivia[]
- The song order for the show was determined by random lottery, and the selection process was uploaded to the OMAKE CHANNEL on September 29.
- After Ogata Risa abruptly suspended her activities, her original slot in the setlist was filled with a duet performance by Oda Sakura and Takagi Sayuki of MISIA's "Aitakute Ima", which was previously covered by the two of them on YouTube as promotion for the Hello! Project 2020 Summer COVERS ~The Ballad~.[6]
