Hello! Project "Juice=Juice" "Tsubaki Factory" Goudou Shin Member Audition (ハロー！プロジェクト「Juice=Juice」「つばきファクトリー」合同新メンバーオーディション) was a joint audition for new members of Juice=Juice and Tsubaki Factory.
The audition searched for girls who love Juice=Juice, Tsubaki Factory, and Hello! Project, love to sing and dance, are confident in singing and dancing, want to take advantage of their personal strengths and special skills, and want to find their "new self". Winners had a chance to join either group.
The winners were announced in a special episode of the Hello! Project Station on July 7, 2021, at 7pm JST.[1]
Audition Details[]
- Application Requirements:
- Female, living in Japan, enrolled in the fifth year of elementary school up to the second year of high school as of January 22, 2021.
- Must not currently be under contract with any agencies.
- Must have consent from legal guardian if under the age of 15.
- Only those who are able to attend lessons in Tokyo were eligible to pass the audition.
- Those that have also applied to the Hello Pro Kenshuusei audition may still apply.

Audition Process[]
First Round[]
The application deadline was on March 1, 2021 (at 10 a.m. for web applications).
Final Round[]
The finalists had to sing ""Hitori de Ikiraresou" tte Sore tte Nee, Homete Iru no?" and "Fuwari, Koi Dokei" in solo. They also had to dance a "Hello! Project Dance Club" style choreography.
There were a total of 6 finalists:
- Kasai Yuumi, 17
- Yagi Shiori, 17
- Fukuda Marine, 16
- Irie Risa, 15
- Yoshida Hinoha, 13
- Kawashima Mifu, 13

Audition Winners:
Juice=Juice: Irie Risa, Arisawa Ichika, Ebata Kisaki
Tsubaki Factory: Kasai Yuumi, Yagi Shiori, Fukuda Marine, Yofu Runo
On June 30, it was announced that the winners of the audition would be revealed on July 7 through Hello! Project Station. It was also revealed that the COVID-19 pandemic affected the progress of the audition and the announcement of the results was delayed because of it.[2]
On July 7, the winners were revealed in a special episode of the Hello! Project Station, at 7pm JST. Four finalists were revealed as the winners, with three of them joining Tsubaki Factory and one joining Juice=Juice:[1]

- Yagi Shiori (八木栞), 17 (joined Tsubaki Factory)
- Fukuda Marine (福田真琳), 16 (joined Tsubaki Factory)
- Irie Risa (入江里咲), 15 (joined Juice=Juice)
There were also three members who were promoted from Hello Pro Kenshuusei:
- Ebata Kisaki (江端妃咲), 14 (joined Juice=Juice)
- Yofu Runo (豫風瑠乃), 13 (joined Tsubaki Factory)
- Arisawa Ichika (有澤一華), 17 (joined Juice=Juice)

Trivia[]
- Hello Pro Kenshuusei trainees were screened for their aptitude through daily training activities.
- This is the first time either group has held an audition for new members.
- Kasai Yuumi's audition number was 246, Yagi Shiori's was 128, and Fukuda Marine's was 147.[3]
- Yoshida Hinoha and Kawashima Mifu later joined Hello Pro Kenshuusei as the 32nd generation.
- Yoshida Hinoha joined Hello Pro Kenshuusei Unit '23 in May 2023.
- Kawashima Mifu eventually joined Juice=Juice in May 2023.
