The discography of Heike Michiyo consists of five studio albums, one compilation album, and twelve singles. Her best selling release is GET with a total sale of 70,260 copies.

In November 1997, Heike Michiyo (平家みちよ) began her solo career as Pop Rock singer in what would become Hello! Project. Being signed to WARNER MUSIC JAPAN, her debut single peaked at #24 on the Oricon charts and is her highest-selling single to date. In 2002, she released her second album, a best album, For ourself ~Single History~, which is her highest-selling album. With the release of her seventh single, Tsunku took over as producer from Hatake who had been her producer since her debut. Her sound changed from melancholy Rock to J-Pop. With her tenth single, Propose, she switched labels to zetima, and released one more single, then graduated from Hello! Project.

As an independent artist, she changed her stage name to Michiyo (みちよ) and released one more single and three more albums. During production of her third album, the president of her company disappeared and she had to pay for the completion of the album. All the circumstances sent her into depression and she sought spiritual help trying to heal herself, releaseing three talk CDs regarding the subjects.

Most of Heike's early songs while in Hello! Project were written by Hatake, and her latest work by Tsunku. As an independent artist, Heike wrote and composed the majoirty of her songs herself.

Heike has been inactive in the music industry since the incarceration of her husband in 2017.
