Furusato no Yume (ふるさとの夢; Dream of My Hometown) is the first indies single by Kamiishinaka Kana. The CD was released for limited sale on March 25, 2017 at the shared venue of Asobu. Kurasu. Sodateru. SATOYAMA & SATOUMI e Ikou 2017 and Hello! Project Hina Fes 2017,[1] and it became available for digital download on the same day as part of Upcoming's Music Delivery corner.[2] The CD was released for general sale on March 28, 2018.[3]
It is the theme song for the TBS show Furusato no Yume.

- When the Furusato no Yume TV show began airing in January 2017, the song was originally titled "Tokyo 13" (トウキョウ13) and credited Kamiishinaka Kana before the unit was announced.[4] The title was changed to "Furusato no Yume" in early March.[5]
- The song replaced "Cabbage Hakusho ~Haru Hen~" as the SATOYAMA & SATOUMI movement anthem in the Asobu. Kurasu. Sodateru. SATOYAMA & SATOUMI e Ikou 2017 opening ceremony.
- It was released for general sale on the same day as Kobushi Factory's "Kore Kara da! / Ashita Tenki ni Naare".
