Taiyou to Ciscomoon 20th Anniversary Live Last & New Decade 2 (太陽とシスコムーン 20th Anniversary Live Last & New Decade 2) was a live concert by former Hello! Project group Taiyou to Ciscomoon commemorating their 20th anniversary. It was their first concert to feature a live band. Two shows were held at COTTON CLUB on July 28, 2019.
On December 4, 2019, the concert was released on DVD and Blu-ray in limited quantities. The DVD sold out on March 24[1], and the Blu-ray on March 31, 2020.[2]
Background and development[]
It was first announced in March 2019 through Kominato Miwa's official Twitter that the group would get together for their 20th anniversary and hold a live talk held at Dai Ani LIVEBASE Nishiazabu on April 21st, called Debut Kinenbi Yes! Shiawase Issho ni Iwatte Kuremasu ka?.
At the live talk, it was announced that Taiyo to Ciscomoon would hold a concert with a live band at COTTON CLUB on July 28, 2019. This was also confirmed by Kominato on Twitter on May 17th. On June 12, tickets went on sale and the name of the live concert was revealed to be Last & Νew Decade 2.
The band is without a manager or contract to any agency, so three of the members (Kominato, Inaba, and Shinoda) were responsible for putting it all together.[3] Kominato said they had asked RuRu to be part of the concert, but she had to stay with her family and was scheduled to go to the United States, so she couldn't attend.[4] She also said due to the length of a rehearsal, and the high cost of accommodations and travel from Shanghai to Japan, she couldn't attend.[5] Shinoda, and Kominato stayed in touch with her until the upcoming live.[6]
Two shows were announced to be held on July 28, 2019: one at 4:30pm and one at 7:30pm. The live band consists of Junichi Saito on guitar, Morifuji Shoji on piano keyboard, Morita Kouhei on bass, and Wakiyama Kousuke on drums.
After the show, announcements was made that the performance might be released on DVD and/or Blu-ray.[7] A poll was held on Twitter (with a total of 887 votes, where 38% voted for a DVD and 62% for Blu-ray), and a statement was later made that they were aiming for a November release[8].
In late September, Kominato posted pictures from a live talk she, Inaba, and Shinoda had[9]. The talk session was streaming at Inaba's account at TwitCasting Live[10]. Kominato posted pictures from the editing of the DVD, and confirmed it would be released, but not in stores. She wrote to keep an eye at their official accounts for details[11].
On December 4, a promotional Twitter account was created with links to promote the concert's release on DVD and Blu-ray under the title Taiyou to Ciscomoon 20th Anniversary Live Last & New Decade 2.

Taiyou to Ciscomoon 20th Anniversary Live Last & New Decade 2 (太陽とシスコムーン 20th Anniversary Live Last & New Decade 2) is a video release of Taiyou to Ciscomoon's Last & Νew Decade 2 live concert held at COTTON CLUB on July 28, 2019. It was made available to purchase on DVD for ￥7,500 and Blu-ray for ￥8,500 on December 4, 2019.
The band was without a manager or contract to any agency at the time of the concert, so three of the members (Kominato Miwa, Inaba Atsuko, and Shinoda Miho) were responsible for producing the entire concert. The video release was made available for a limited time only, and it was promoted on Twitter with links to a limited online store saying all orders will ship at the end of the year.[12]

Trivia[]
- Special goods were made for sale at the two events only. Available for purchase were T-shirts (five different colors: one in navy and four colors for each of the other members), an original tote bag, postcard sets of five cards (version A and version B), postcard white ver. And black ver., solo shot, 3 shots, and 5 pieces of secret (the secret is a different card in each version).[13]
- Former Hello! Project members Maeda Yuki, Murata Megumi, Saito Hitomi, Ishiguro Aya, and Heike Michiyo attended the show.[14]
- RuRu participated through a VTR
- Furutani Ayano, Hello! Project, Maeda Yuki, and Melon Kinenbi sent flower bouquets which were presented in the entrance[15]
- Several fan reports praised the performance of Everyday Everywhere.
- Fans could order one of two drinks at COTTON CLUB: Sol or Luna (Spanish for sun and moon).[16]
- A promotional Twitter account was opened to promote the release. It got 777 followers in 7 hours.[17]
