℃-ute Dinner Show 2017 ~Iwai! ℃-ute Kessei 12 Shuunen!!!!!~ (℃-uteディナーショー2017 ～祝！℃-ute結成12周年！！！！！～) is ℃-ute's last dinner live. Two shows were held on June 11, 2017, the 12th anniversary of ℃-ute's formation, at the Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa.
A recording of the dinner show is included in the ℃-ute Last Concert in Saitama Super Arena ~Thank you team℃-ute~ limited edition Blu-ray box set released on October 11, 2017.
