  • "Desugita Kui wa Utarenai" is a twist on the Japanese proverb, "Deru Kui wa Utareru" (出る杭は打たれる; The Nail That Sticks Out Gets Hammered Down). The original proverb encourages conformity, while ANGERME's version denounces conformity, and encourages people to stand out instead.
  • "Watashi" is the first song with lyrics written by Fukuda Kanon, who released the song on this single to commemorate her graduation from ANGERME.
  • This is their first graduation single since Please Miniskirt Postwoman! and their first graduation single under their new name.
  • This is their first single to have a member from ANGERME write the lyrics to one of the songs.
  • This is their first single in which a member has a solo song as an A-side.
  • Kamikokuryo Moe was announced as a new member during the release event.
  • Every member received solo lines in "Desugita Kui wa Utarenai".
  • Aikawa Maho is the only member to not have a solo line in "Dondengaeshi".
  • This is their third single to top the Oricon daily chart.
  • As of July 2018, the official music videos for "Desugita Kui wa Utarenai" and "Dondengaeshi" each have over 1,000,000 views.
