The discography of Country Girls currently consists of two studio albums, one mini album, four indies singles. and eleven major singles. The group currently consists of: Satoda Mai (supervisor), Yamaki Risa, Morito Chisaki, Ozeki Mai, Yanagawa Nanami, and Funaki Musubu.

Tanaka Yoshitake was Country Musume's original producer when it was formed in 1999. Sharam Q vocalist Tsunku took over at the end of the year 2000, and served as the group's lyricist, composer, and producer until they became inactive in 2007. When the group was revived as Country Girls in November 2014, they became the first Hello! Project group to debut after Tsunku resigned as Hello! Project's general producer the month before. Yamao Masato is currently the main recording director of Country Girls.[1][2]

Their single, "Hajimete no Happy Birthday!," released in 2001, is their highest-selling single to date.
