Template:Unit infoboxCiao Bella Cinquetti (チャオ ベッラ チンクエッティ), formerly known as THE Possible (THE ポッシボー) or even sometimes The Possibooooo, was a Japanese pop group. The six members of THE Possible were chosen from Hello Pro Egg, and all members graduated from Hello Pro Egg on October 7, 2007 when NICE GIRL Project! was formed. They have served as backup dancers for Hello! Project and Tokito Ami.
THE Possible was initially produced by TNX as part of NICE GIRL Project!. They transferred to Victor Entertainment in 2012,[1] but later transferred to UP-FRONT CREATE in 2015 as part of the label PICCOLO TOWN.[2]
On April 24, 2018 it was announced that Ciao Bella Cinquetti would be disbanding on August 2, 2018 after one last live performance.

History
2006
On August 2, 2006, it was announce during the stageplay "CRY FOR HELP" at Tsunku Town THEATER that Morozuka Kanami, Hashimoto Aina and Akiyama Yurika were debuting in a new Hello Pro Egg unit called "THE Possible." Ose Kaede joined in September, and Okada Robin Shoko and Goto Yuki joined on October 1st. The six member group released their first indies single, "Young DAYS!!," on October 22nd and their second indies single, "Hatsukoi no Kakera," on December 10th.
2007
On October 15, THE Possible graduated from Hello Pro Egg and joined the new idol project NICE GIRL Project!, produced by Tsunku and part of TNX.
On February 18, their third indie single Shushoku=GOHAN no Uta, was released.
On March 14, THE Possible released their first album, ① Be Possible!.
On June 13, they released two indie singles, their fourth indie single, Natsu no Tropical Musume. (featuring Hashimoto and Akiyama) and their indie fifth single, Kingyo Sukui to Hanabi Taikai (featuring Okada and Goto).
Ose and Morozuka collaborated with Tokito Ami on TAWAWA Natsu Bikini.
In August, they released their sixth indie single Kaze no Uwasa, and on November 7 they released their seventh indie single HAPPY 15.
2008
On February 20, they released their eighth indie single, Love Message!.
On April 30, THE Possible had their major debut with the single Kazoku e no Tegami.
On August 6, their second major single, Ijiwaru Crazy Love, was released.
On September 17, the group released their first compilation album, Kyuukyoku no THE Possible Best Number Shuu ①.
2009
On January 7, they released their third major single, Shiawase no Katachi.
In 2009, Tsunku formed a unit called MM Gakuen Gasshoubu with members from THE Possible and Canary Club, as well as Karen, Peach and Tokki. They promoted the anime Gokujou!! Mecha Mote Iinchou.
On June 6, Ose Kaede announced in her blog that she would be graduating from THE Possible and NICE GIRL Project! on August 22 to focus on her studies. She withdrew from activities on June 15.
On September 9, they released their fourth major single, Family ~Tabidachi no Asa~, their first single without Ose.
2010
On June 2, THE Possible released Yabe~Nabe~ na Atsuryoku Be~na~, a collaboration single with Oto no Moto.
On October 6, they released their fifth major single, and first double A-side, Watashi no Miryoku / LOVE^2 Paradise.
2011
On August 6, they released their first mini album, 6 Nenme Start!, in commemoration of their debut anniversary.
On November 25, THE Possible released their first live single, Shiawase Hanabi Go Go GOOO! ~Buchinomese! Dai Pinch!~, the single had a limited release and was only sold at concerts. Their other two live singles released in 2012 were distributed in the same manner.
2012
On March 21, THE Possible released the collaboration single Play Ball with Ogawa Mana.
On March 28, THE Possible released their second studio album, ②Shiawase no Akashi.
On June 10, the members revealed at a live performance that they had switched labels from TN-Mix to Victor Entertainment.[3] Despite the change of labels, they remained managed by TNX.
On August 29, they released their sixth major single, and their first single under Victor Entertainment, Nanja Korya?!.
2013
It was revealed that THE Possible would be guests at Hello! Project Tanjou 15 Shuunen Kinen Live 2013 Fuyu. This was the first time in over 5 years that THE Possible would be part of a Hello! Project event.
On February 20, the group released their second compilation album, Aratamemashite, THE Possible Desu! ~Nyuumon Hen Best~.
On April 1, Victor Entertainment established a label specialized for female idols called VERSIONMUSIC, and announced THE Possible as one of the artists under the new label.[4] The general release of Zenryoku Banzai! My Glory! would be the group's first under the new label.
On April 4th, after 7 years since their formation, 2nd generation member Okada Robin Shouko announced on her blog that she was named leader of THE Possible.[5] Four months later, on August 1, Hashimoto Aina announced in her blog that she was named the sub-leader of the group.[6]
On September 11, they released their eighth major single, Otome! Be Ambitious!.
On October 7, THE Possible held a collaboration live at Yokohama BLITZ with Up Up Girls (Kari).[7]
On December 29, it was announced that fans would be able to vote for which song would be featured on THE Possible's next single, to be released March 2014. Fans could choose between six songs and vote on one by voting online, mailing a postcard, or voting at the venue for a performance by THE Possible.[8] The results of the poll were announced on January 17, 2014, and "Yuuki Super Ball!" was chosen as their next single with the other five songs used as B-sides for different editions.[8][9]
2014
On March 26, they released their ninth major single, Yuuki Super Ball!.
On July 23, THE Possible released Zenryoku Banzai! My Movie!, a compilation DVD of all of their music videos under Victor Entertainment.
On September 3, their third studio album, 1116 was released.
2015
On April 1, THE Possible was transferred from TNX to UP-FRONT CREATE upon the dissolution of NICE GIRL Project!. As a result, they switched labels from Victor Entertainment's VERSIONMUSIC to UP-FRONT GROUP's PICCOLO TOWN.[10][11]
On June 10, it was announced that they would be renamed to Ciao Bella Cinquetti.[12]
On July 8, they released their 10th major single, and their first under their new name, Omotesandou / Futakotamagawa / Never Never Give Up. This would be the group's first triple A-side, as well as their highest charting single.
On August 10, it was announced that Akiyama Yurika had graduated from the group.
On November 29, following the conclusion of Fukuda Kanon's graduation concert, it was reported that Fukuda's debut as a lyricist after graduation would be for Ciao Bella Cinquetti's song "Doushiyou, Watashi" off their 11th major single to be released on January 27, 2016.[13]
2018
On April 24, it was announced that Ciao Bella Cinquetti would be disbanding on August 2 with their last live performance Ciao Bella Cinquetti LAST LIVE ~Thank You! Dearest~. The four members had discussed the disbandment with staff after their performance at Nakano Sun Plaza on January 9, with the reason behind the disbandment being that they had accomplished all that they had wanted as a group and instead want to focus on individual activities.[14]
On August 2, Ciao Bella Cinquetti celebrated their twelfth anniversary with their disbandment concert. Moreover, former members Ose Kaede and Akiyama Yurika made a surprise appearance in the second encore at the end of Young DAYS!!, their debut single and last song performed as a group. The concert concluded with all of the current members saying "THEポッシボーでした!" in tribute to their original name.[15]
