After attending Morning Musume Concert Tour 2012 Haru ~Ultra Smart~ Niigaki Risa Mitsui Aika Sotsugyou Special, the members decided to make moves toward becoming able to perform at Nippon Budokan. Okada Robin Shoko began comparing their trajectory to girl group AKB48, which debuted slightly before they became active entertainers. She noted that their earliest activities were very similar to the way AKB functions. But with time, they began to feel like they were above advertising for themselves. They saw the importance of idols who are willing to swallow their pride and hand out flyers and promotional materials on the streets to help sell tickets. They attended the AKB48 27th Single Senbatsu Sousenkyo at Nippon Budokan as working idols distributing flyers for their upcoming events. [4]
