9th Generation ANGERME

7th Gen ・・ 8th Gen ・ 9th Gen ・ 10th Gen ・・ 11th Gen

The 9th Generation ANGERME members joined the group on November 2, 2020. Kawana Rin and Matsumoto Wakana had passed the ANGERME ONLY ONE Audition ~Watashi wo Tsukuru no wa Watashi~, while Tamenaga Shion had been promoted from Hello Pro Kenshuusei.

This generation consists of 3 members:

• Kawana Rin (川名凜)
• Tamenaga Shion (為永幸音)
• Matsumoto Wakana (松本わかな)

Trivia[]

• ANGERME's 9th Generation is nicknamed "Sanshoku Dango" (三色団子; Tri-Color Dango) due to their member colors ( Green, Pink, and White respectively) resembling the colors of the sanshoku dango or hanami dango traditionally made during the cherry blossom viewing season where each of the colors of the tri-color dango represents the order in which the cherry blossoms bloom.^[1]
