It was announced in Hello! Project's fan club magazine, that on February 19, 2000 a nationwide concert would be held, called Yo! Yo! Tayo-La!. It ran from February 19 to May 21. Three of the concerts (on April 22, May 6, and May 7), were called Concert Tour 2000 Yo! Yo! Tayo-La! SPECIAL Muunsan no Dance Tengoku.
On August 30, 2000, it was released on DVD and VHS. Tsuki to Taiyo and Uchuu de La Ta Ta are multi-angle tracks on the DVD.
