Bitansan / Potsuri to / Good bye & Good luck! (微炭酸/ポツリと/Good bye & Good luck!; Lightly Carbonated / Isolated / Good bye & Good luck!) is Juice=Juice's 11th single. It was released on February 13, 2019 in 7 editions: 3 regular and 4 limited. The first press of the regular editions included a random trading card of 9 kinds depending on the jacket (27 in total). Limited Edition SP included an event lottery serial number card. This is their first single to be certified gold by the RIAJ, recognizing the sale of over 100,000 copies.[1]
This is the first single to feature Inaba Manaka and the last to feature Yanagawa Nanami.[2]

- The single was first announced on The Girls Live on November 26, 2018.[19]
- Miyamoto Karin and Inaba Manaka's drama scenes for the "Bitansan" music video were filmed in Odaiba. They started laughing in the middle of shooting a serious scene when the Gundam statue nearby started playing the "Tobe! Gundam" theme song.[20][21]
- The "Bitansan" dance shots were filmed in Fresa Yoshimi's (Yoshimi Town Hall) Sky Hall, which was previously used for Tsubaki Factory's "Shuukatsu Sensation" music video.[22]
- The "Good bye & Good luck!" music video was filmed on December 14, 2018[23] at theSOHO Office's SKYTERRACE and theCanteen in Odaiba.[24][25]
- "Potsuri to" was later covered by its songwriter Nakajima Takui on his best album BEST YOURS II 2010-2020 Double Decade.
- This is Juice=Juice's first gold certified single.
- Juice=Juice is the second Hello! Project act, excluding Morning Musume, to have a single that was certified gold by the RIAJ since Gomattou in 2003.
- Juice=Juice is the fourth Hello! Project act not affiliated with Morning Musume to have any of their singles be certified gold by the RIAJ after Taiyou to Ciscomoon, Matsuura Aya, and ℃-ute.
- This was their highest selling single until "Hitori de Ikiraresou" tte Sore tte Nee, Homete Iru no? / 25sai Eien Setsu.
