2007 Sakura Mankai Berryz Koubou Live ~Kono Kandou wa Nidoto Nai Shunkan de Aru~ (2007桜満開Berryz工房ライブ ~この感動は二度とない瞬間である~) was Berryz Koubou's special Spring 2007 concert. The concert DVD was filmed on April 1, 2007 at Saitama Super Arena. It was released on June 27, 2007 on the PICCOLO TOWN label with the catalog number PKBP-5075.

- With this concert, Berryz Koubou surpassed Morning Musume as the youngest artists to perform at Saitama Super Arena. The tickets were sold out two months before the concert, but a few days before the concert it was announced that there would be extra seats available.
- For the concert, they sold special editions of "Sakura wa Raku sa" and "Sakura→Nyuugakushiki".
