Ai no Kedamono / Dousousei (アイノケダモノ/同窓生; Love Beast / Alumnus) is ANGERME's 32nd single. It was released on June 14, 2023 in five editions: three limited and two regular. The first press of the regular editions includes a random trading card selected from 10 member cards and one shiny group card depending on the jacket (22 in total).[1]
This is the last single to feature 2nd generation member and leader Takeuchi Akari.
The Limited Edition SP includes a Blu-ray disc containing the special release event of the group's fourth album BIG LOVE held at KT Zepp Yokohama on March 14, 2023.
A Single V Blu-ray of Takeuchi Akari's solo song "Ikanakucha" was available for advance pre-order at the UP-FRONT WORKS Web Store from May 11 to May 31, with pre-sale at Takeuchi's graduation concert ANGERME CONCERT 2023 BIG LOVE Takeuchi Akari FINAL LIVE "ANGERME Yori Ai wo Komete" and delivery estimated for June 21, 2023. It was subsequently released to the general public on July 12, 2023.[2]

Trivia[]
- The single was announced on April 14, 2023 by Takeuchi Akari in a press conference of her first solo calligraphy exhibition.[16][17]
- This is the group's first Single V since "Choto Mate Kudasai!", released in 2012. It is also the group's first Single V to be released in Blu-ray format.
- The outdoor shots for the "Ai no Kedamono" music video were shot at ALOHA GARDEN TATEYAMA.
- Kawamura Ayano's first photobook, Ayano, also had shots at this location.
- The music video of "Ikanakucha" was released digitally on iTunes Store (and Apple Music for global subscribers outside of Japan) and Recochoku on June 22, 2023.[18]
- ANGERME members held a "dance center audition" for "Ai no Kedamono" and Hashisako Rin won.[19]
