ANGERME Ise Layla・Tamenaga Shion Birthday Event 2023 (アンジュルム 伊勢鈴蘭・為永幸音バースデーイベント2023) is a fanclub-exclusive DVD featuring the birthday events of ANGERME members Ise Layla and Tamenaga Shion, which took place in January and February 2023.
The deadline to pre-order the fanclub-exclusive DVD was on April 28, 2023, and it was released to fanclub members on June 2023.[1]

ANGERME Ise Layla Birthday Event 2023 (アンジュルム 伊勢鈴蘭バースデーイベント2023) is Ise Layla's 19th birthday event. Two shows took place on January 19, 2023 at Sunpearl Arakawa.
In compliance with government policy due to the coronavirus pandemic, cheering, crowding, standing, and closeness in the venue are prohibited, and wearing masks will be required to enter.[2]
