2nd STEP is Tsubaki Factory's second album. It was released on May 26, 2021 in three editions: one regular and two limited.[1]

Limited Edition A includes a Blu-ray featuring a music video collection of the singles included on the album and a jacket making video, and also includes a 48-page booklet. Limited Edition B includes a DVD featuring a collection of their single release events.[1]

Trivia[]

  • The album was announced during a special live stream on the official Tsubaki Factory YouTube channel on March 25, 2021.[11][12]
  • In the teaser movies that were released to promote the album before its releases, "Masayume" is the only track that does not have its name and album information on the bottom left corner of the video.
    • In addition, one of the outfits Onoda Saori wears in the "Dakara Nannanda!" teaser movie is the same one worn in the music video of Dansha-ISM.
  • A Blu-ray featuring dance practices and the solo clips used in the teaser movies of the album was released for UP-FRONT WORKS Web Store pre-orders and for general sale on September 15, 2021.[13]
  • All three singles included in the album are double A-sides.
