Trivia

  • The song "Marui Taiyou" was released on the group's 6th single as "Marui Taiyou -winter ver.-", but at this time Kominato Miwa had left the group. After her return, the group changed its name, the song was rearranged, and Kominato's vocals were added. Hence, the title was changed to "Marui Taiyou (4nin ver)".
  • In 2006, ℃-ute released a cover of "YES! Shiawase" on their debut album.

Tsunku said about this album:[1]

"The girls started off as 'Taiyou to Ciscomoon' and it's been only a year and a half since its debut. Although it seems like such a short time, it has been a real proud achievement for us. I think they have been fully enjoying the music. Inaba, Kominato, RuRu had enough experiences before joining the group, so I didn’t need to give too many instructions. Although, one thing I was focused on as a producer was an overall balance as a group because dance moves and singing voices had to look and sound good as a group. In terms of Shinoda, who had no previous musical experience, she had a much harder time catching up with other members, I think. I could tell she was making extra effort to catch up with everyone else. The first album was created when they were still spending lots of time trying to perfect their ability as a group in terms of chorus and teamwork. Thanks to the previous experiences on creating an album and live performances, creating the 2nd album was much better than before. After seeing the girls' progress, I am certain that they are able to express their unique abilities for any genre of music they come across in the future.

Unfortunately, T&C Bomber will no longer be together. However, I believe this is a new beginning for the girls. I wish best of luck on their future endeavors!

In regards to the title, '2nd Stage': The unit started as 'Taiyou to Ciscomoon'. Since the 2nd stage, the name has been changed to T&C Bomber. Their true '2 stage' begins after leaving the group. And that’s the meaning behind the title."

Taiyou to Ciscomoon said about this album:

RuRu: "We've been focusing on utilizing our unified sound. This time around, we tried a new approach of adding our individual characters to our music. I think it went successfully."

Kominato Miwa: "The album has more depth now that our solo tracks are featured for the first time. It took only a year and a half for us to developed distinct singing styles. Please enjoy the tracks as you continue your journey to find the true love."

Inaba Atsuko: "Although it is our final album, it is not our way to say thank you for all those great years of your support. It contains our genuine hope that the fans would continue to support us for a long time."

Shinoda Miho: "When I received the final product, I could easily listen to the entire tracks from the beginning to the end. I was left with a feeling of wanting to listen to a few more songs. The album is very nicely done."
