℃-ute 12 Nenme Totsunyuu Kinen ~℃-Fes! Part 1 9gatsu 5ka mo ℃-ute no Hi at Nippon Budokan~ (℃-ute12年目突入記念 ～℃-Fes！Part1 9月5日も℃-uteの日 at日本武道館～) was ℃-ute's one-day concert at Nippon Budokan, celebrating the group's 12 years and the upcoming ℃-ute no Hi (℃-ute Day). It was held on September 5, 2016.
The second part of the celebration was a special event titled ℃-ute 12 Nenme Totsunyuu Kinen ~℃-Fes! Part 2 9gatsu 10ka wa Hiten de ℃-ute no Hi~ held on September 10.
The DVD and Blu-ray of the concert were released on December 28, 2016.

Trivia[]
- This is ℃-ute's longest solo concert with a setlist of 43 songs.[1][2] On September 1, the group had a rehearsal which they went through all the songs twice.[3]
- The setlist consists of all of ℃-ute's indies and major single A-side tracks.
- A single popularity questionnaire was given through the official Hello! Project and fanclub websites a month in advance.[4][5] In the second MC, ℃-ute discussed a few of results, which "Kiss me Aishiteru" ranked first, "Sekaiichi HAPPY na Onna no Ko" ranked second, and "Adam to Eve no Dilemma" ranked fourth.[6]
- Former members Umeda Erika, Murakami Megumi, and Arihara Kanna came to watch the concert.[7][8]
