- El single fue anunciado el 5 de enero de 2017 durante el ℃-ute Shinshun Concert 2017 ~℃OMPASS~.[10][11]
- El 13 de enero de 2017, se anunció en la página web de UP-FC que se estaban reclutando a miembros del club de fans para que apareciesen en uno de los últimos vídeos musicales de ℃-ute el 26 de enero.[12] Más tarde se reveló que este vídeo musical sería "Final Squall".[13]
- El single estaba originalmente programado para lanzarse el 22 de marzo de 2017, pero debido a problemas de producción, cambiaron la fecha.[14][15]
- Los títulos de las canciones fueron revelados por el grupo en su blog el 8 de febrero de 2017.[16]
- En el vídeo musical de "To Tomorrow" aparecen las líderes y sub-líderes de todos los grupos actuales de Hello! Project, Yamaki Risa de Country Girls, y las miembros de Hello Pro Kenshuusei Ichioka Reina, Horie Kizuki, Takase Kurumi, Maeda Kokoro y Kawamura Ayano (las cuales participaron en el ℃-ute Shinshun Concert 2017 ~℃OMPASS~) como bailarinas de fondo.
